Just a Quick Pic...Please????

Just an attempt to get a decent pic of my friend Nicole. As you can probably tell, she isn't easy to sneak up on, considering the shutter speed was at it's max (I don't remember off the top of my head what it was) I liked the blurred effect, which is part of the reason I'm posting it. Comments are appreciated
